2) For those of you who love cake, angle food cake has .1 grahams of fat and no cholesterol which you can pair with blackberries, raspberries and a small amount of whip cream.

 

3) Finally for the chocolate lovers which is my all time favorite. If you are going to dive in, eat dark chocolate obviously in moderate amounts. It's also good for your brain, heart and can control your blood sugar.

1)The first is a healthy fruit tree.

Ingredients:

-Banana

-Orange

-Kiwi

You cut up the fruit and make a creative tree.

 

 

2)Next is a hot dog mummy, how fun is this?

Ingredients:

-Hot dogs

-Crescent rolls

-Ketchup

3)When we have a sweet tooth we will eat greek yogurt with the fruit on the bottom. Greek yogurt is another snack that has good protein and tasts so good!

 

4)One last easy snack for the grab and go type day is a pack of nuts which contains good fat and high protein.

3)You also need 2 teaspoons of oil (almond, olive anything).

 

4)Then you need to add 1 teaspoon of Vitamin E oil

 

5)Finally put in 50-60 drops of essential oils.
